We are a Metro by T-mobile Authorized Dealer. We are looking for a Part- Time and Full- Time customer service representative. Someone who is friendly has a great personality and presentation and likes dealing with the public. We need someone who is responsible, reliable, mature and punctual. Someone who has great work ethic and Excellent customer service skills.

Qualification:-Must be fluent in Spanish -Excellent customer service skills-Basic computer skills-Ability to multi-task-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills-Sales Experience a PLUS!!-Fast learner-Must Be Able To Work Weekends

Job Description:You will be assistant customer with their purchasing needs from accessories to cell phones. Processing payments, meet monthly cell phone and plan goals, setting up new accounts, troubleshooting hands-set and dealing with every day to day issues.
