RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE - Maplewood, NJ
FULL - TIME
Ricciardi Brothers, Inc., the largest Benjamin Moore dealer in the United States with retail locations in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware is looking to expand its staff in order to hire a Retail Sales Associate for the Maplewood, NJ location.

This position is responsible for supporting the sales efforts at our paint stores. The ideal candidate will assist customers in person and over the phone by determining the needs and offering appropriate products and services. This position also requires tinting paint, stocking shelves, setting up store displays and loading and unloading trucks. It may also require assisting in deliveries on occasion.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be legally authorized to work in this country without sponsorship for employment visa status.
Must be willing to work all scheduled hours which may include evenings and weekends.
Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor and lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to tint paint and have the ability to distinguish between different colors.
Must be able to operate a computer and communicate via the telephone.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior experience in a retail sales or customer service position.
Associate Degree or related college courses.
Customer service skills, includes problem solving and managing customer complaints.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
