GRANDMA HOERNER'S IS LOCATED AT:

31862 THOMPSON RD., ALMA, KS

We are immediately hiring for our Retail Store Manager position. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, creative and hard-working! We will train the right person. We offer an opportunity to work with a company that has stability and resources of long-term employment.

Duties include:

• Manage of retail store and staff
• Planning, organizing holiday, seasonal events, sales and promotions
• Oversee pricing, merchandise handling, inventory control
• Create visual displays in the store for every day and seasonal
• Recruit, Coach, counsel, discipline and train employees
• Identify market trends that appeal to customers
• Maintain health and safety measures and store’s cleanliness

Qualifications include:

• Website maintenance (basic html knowledge)
• Self -motivated, high energy
• High level of self-confidence
• Creative and strategic thinking
• Attention to detail
• Ability to communicate clearly
• Previous retail experience
• Innovative and knowledgeable about market strategies for growth
• One year Manager or Supervisor experience
