Role: Retail Team Leader

A bit about us:
We save lives, be it the Emergency or Children’s Air Ambulance our Helicopters and our operations teams ensure we are with people in their upmost time of need. To keep our helicopters flying, our retail shops, fundraising teams and volunteers raise the much needed funds required.

Our trading company opened its first shop in 2010 on Rugby high street. Since then they have grown from strength to strength and now have over 55 shops ranging from boutiques, concessions, home stores. They have a successful online trading department selling through Amazon, EBay and its own web shop selling bespoke homeware.

Location: Sheffield
Hours: 35 per week
Salary: £9.90ph
Closing Date: 22nd December 2022

A bit about the role:
Our team leaders are not standard team leaders; they are superheroes who face different challenges every moment of the day, it's hard work but we all work to the same purpose which is growing the best service that we can offer.

As a team leader, you will be working alongside the store manager in leading the team to create an excellent furniture and homeware department, which comes with its own delivery and collection van and drivers

Below are just some of the activities you will complete in your role with us:

Assisting to manage every aspect of your team:
This will include using innovative techniques to increase stock generation, pricing, reviewing suitability of incoming donations and anything else required to ensure the day to day operational success of the shop.

Business Development:
We think big, and we like our people to do the same. You will have targets to ensure we grow. As this is a new concept for us you will be pivotal in helping us create and develop the superstore and create the blueprint for growing this concept.
