Marsh & McLennan is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Urbandale or Austin office:


Revenue Compliance Analyst

We will count on you to:

Duties may vary, but include:

  • Prepare, review and/or approve administrative system accounting reports and/or consolidated statements.
  • Analyze and maintains the client insured records.
  • Ensure invoicing commission compliance to the compensation terms of the engagement by comparing the transaction request to the client contract terms
  • Communicate with placement brokers as well as financial planning group to ensure timely response and proper approvals for deferrals.
  • Prepare and analyze revenue and/or expense reports; and ensure timely and accurate monthly and quarterly close.
  • Prepare higher level of reconciliations between administrative systems and other sources.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, carrier agreements, SOX procedures, SSAE16 procedures tax regulations, local GAAP and US GAAP and local statutory regulations (as applicable) regarding financial matters.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of internal accounting policies, transitions to and from teams both onshore and offshore, procedures and process improvements for general accounting functions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • MS Excel (beginner to intermediate proficiency)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
