About Your Role

As a Revenue Readiness & Learning Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding and focused everboarding initiatives to ensure that the global GTM teams are equipped with the content and skills to develop at Aircall.
You will design, create, and deliver trainings, certification on competencies, and work with Revenue Enablement on GTM performance improvement initiatives. You are passionate about GTM methodologies and processes, and thrive on helping others succeed.
In this highly dynamic role you will be equal parts program manager, content developer, facilitator, and learning business partner to our GTM organization (Sales, Customer Success, Onboarding & Partnerships). This role plays a critical part in supporting the GTM team to achieve its goals and ensuring the readiness and enablement teams meet the needs of the business.

About Your Manager
Missy Strong, Director of Organizational Readiness & Learning, joined Aircall in 2018 and leads Aircall’s learning strategy #collaborativelearning and many key programs that are a success to Aircall's cultural learning ecosystem.
She brings core expertise of the business having been at Aircall for five years, and has contributed to many integral projects that have directly resulted in a top class learning & development program and employee experience.
She cares a lot about ensuring consistency and impact in the programs she is responsible for, and prioritizes working with others in a dynamic partnership. She promotes environments where people can thrive using: creativity, curiosity, autonomy, and innovation.

This role can be based remotely in the U.S. or hybrid in our NYC office.

What you'll do:

    • Design, maintain, and facilitate go-to-market onboarding/everboarding programs; partner with Revenue Enablement to support role-specific content/tools for onboarding programs
    • Build both engaging facilitated training and elearning series in our LMS on competencies, product knowledge, and processes/tools
    • Oversee Readiness Training, partnering with Revenue Enablement, Marketing, Product, to deliver streamlined training and updates to the go-to-market field
    • Support the maintenance & upkeep of our internal LMS System (groups, courses, content, animation and communication). Equipped to lead change management initiatives with leadership
    • Build a train-the-trainer program and management coaching community with key rituals
    • Define objectives and key results for each program, creating plans, and overseeing program execution
    • Define, measure, and communicate out the programs’ success metrics

What you'll bring:

    • 5 years managing end-to-end learning programs
    • 3 years in a customer-facing success or sales role
    • A strong capability to propose and build (as an architect) and take ownership of your work
    • Knowledge of sales methodologies and processes
    • Ability to creatively design and develop engaging and interactive training and content using a variety of modalities and methods
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and enjoys working in fast-paced multicultural environments
    • Strong previous experience in managing & animating programs
    • Top class collaborator having previously worked on cross-functional projects across multiple teams
    • Experience utilizing learning management systems (ie: 360Learning, Lessonly, etc.,)
    • Certification or strong knowledge of SPICED methodology
    • Not required- but huge advantage if you are familiar with Insights Discovery
