Job Summary
The Revenue Management Office Lead - Transportation, will drive Belden's go-to-market strategy & execution to achieve our three-year Accelerated Growth objectives through our solutions offerings.
You will make an impact in the following way:
- Develop and own the go-to-market plan and execution for a priority industry area, including development of annual operating plans, budgeting, and forecasting
- Identify and prioritize target customers, segments, regions, and channel partners
- Own the value proposition and drive the roadmap of industry specific use cases and solutions
- Partner with Belden#s GPS organization to drive innovation and refinement of the industry-specific use cases and solutions
- Provide hands-on support to front-line teams to create account plans, value stories,and engage customers in C-level discussions
- Participate, own, and lead activities within and across Go-To-Market teams as part of an integrated, cross-functional pod
- Engage with Belden senior leadership in strategic planning activities
What you will bring:
Experience:
- 10+ years building and executing sales plans
- 5+ years+ in Industrial Automation within discrete manufacturing
- Experience leading large, cross-functional teams
- Solution selling training and experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
