Job Summary
The student worker will perform data collection and data analysis to investigate the performance of large-scale RFID deployments.
Essential Functions
- Responsible for creating reports for data presentation and customer communication
- Responsible for evaluating the performance of RFID systems in retail stores and standard lab test environments
- Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting RF test equipment.
- Ability to work with others developing and managing a Web Portal using Python and Django
- Communicate with other team members to develop and implement desired features
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently Auburn University undergraduate student
- Previous programming experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Excellent written communication
Preferred Qualifications
- RFID experience
- Python, Web Development, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Django, GIT
- Technically capable with the ability to quickly become familiar with hardware, software, processes and new technologies
- Basic Knowledge of RF systems and computer networks
