Job Title: Registered Nurse - RN Supervisor
Company: Elmore Assisted Living

$4,000 SIGN ON BONUS!

Compensation: $95,000 - $115,000

Location: Elmore, MN

We are searching for Nurses that are looking to createrelationships with residents and their families, staff, and the larger community while carrying out their daily duties involving training and managing staff while ensuring high quality care of residents. Successful candidates will be flexible with their schedules in order to respond to resident needs.

Registered Nurse - RN Supervisor Overview:

• Oversee resident care coordination on the Assisted Living or Memory Care wing
• Assist in the orientation of new employees
• Responsible for medication management and administration
• Arrange resident appointments for on-site or outside services
• Work collaboratively with caregiver staff members and serve as a clinical resource
• Perform other duties and activities as delegated by the Clinical Director

Registered Nurse - RN Supervisor Qualifications:

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse / RN
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software is preferred
• Prior nurse management experience in a SNF, AL, TCU, or Home Health setting
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
• Excellent at planning, organizing, and communicating
