HomeFirst Home Healthcare provides quality home health care to thousands of individuals in the state of Tennessee. We are growing in the Ashland City, Joelton, Springfield TN area and adding a Home Health Registered Nurse to our team. As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for conducting focused care and patient/family teaching in the home setting.
Qualifications -
- Registered Nurse
- Current Tennessee nursing license
- One (1) year nursing experience
- Home health care and OASIS experience a plus
- Hospice, critical care, medical/surgical experience a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00 - $85.00 per hour
