RN or LPN CNA Instructor
CNA Instructor
The instructor position requires a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, at least 1 year of which must be in the provision of long-term care facility services; Experience teaching adults OR Experience supervising CNAs OR Completion of Train-the-Trainer Class is required by the state of TN for approval. You should provide the above information at the time of your interview along with your license and a government issued photo identification.
Candidates should have:
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to explain basic care giving information/skills
- An understanding of Residents’ Rights
- An understanding of Infection Control & Safety
- The ability to teach different learners at different levels
