Now Hiring:
Full-Time (RN) Registered Nurse Unit Manager
Responsibilities of a (RN) Registered Nurse Unit Manager:
Create goals and objectives for their department or facility and make sure they are met by the staff.-
Communicate with staff and department heads. -
Improve the quality and efficiency of the level of care delivered to patients.
Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator.
Qualifications of a (RN) Registered Nurse Unit Manager:
Prior experience managing staff is preferred.-
Ability to work independently or part of a group.
Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required
License for a (RN) Registered Nurse Unit Manager:
Must have an Active (RN) Registered Nurse License in NJ.
