As a Nurse Supervisor (RN) Weekends (i.e., Weekend Unit Manager, Weekend Coordinator, Charge Nurse, etc.), you will facilitate the interdisciplinary team and coordinate care for residents and patients in a long-term care and skilled nursing / sub-acute rehab center, as well as will provide oversight and management of clinical floor staff. You will have a weekend-only work schedule with just 2 quick 12 hour shifts (7am – 7pm) option for a more flexible time, for a schedule that provides weekday time off for your life / work balance! You also have flexibility to extend your shifts to 16 hour days if you like (7am – 11pm) so that you can reach full-time status and qualify for benefits! Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree is Nursing (BSN) is required.
- Clear and active Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure in the state of practice required.
- One (1+) years nursing experience required.
- Prior Long-Term Care nursing experience or clinical leadership experience from another healthcare setting strongly preferred.
