Duration: 8 months W/ Possible Ext. & Conversion

Start Date: May 10th, 2023

MUST HAVE:

• 2+ years of experience in a mechanical technician, support, or repair position (Troubleshooting)
• Must have prior experience explaining product issues and specific trend analysis to customers or in a customer facing role
• Must have strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Must have experience creating a ticket within Atlassian suite (Jira) and creating knowledge-based articles in Confluence
• Must have at least a Technical Associates Degree

Plusses:

• Forklift Certification or Experience from previous role
• Previous experience in the Robotic or AI space
• Previous experience with Material Handling equipment and systems

DAY TO DAY:

The person in this position will be responsible for assisting in testing the implementation of industrial automation solutions in customer locations. Job tasks including testing, installation, set up, start-up, training and production support, while interacting with customers in a professional and supportive manner. The Robotics Support Technician must be able to identify and provide reliable solutions for technical issues to assure complete stakeholder and customer satisfaction through all stages of the automation deployment lifecycle.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
