Mighty Dog Roofing of Middlesex County is looking for an experienced Roofer to join our team, as we are growing and looking for a team player who can bring their Mighty attitude and effort

In this position, you will be preforming various forms of roof repair and other home exterior repair jobs such as siding repair, gutters, and residential window installations. The appropriate candidate for this position must have experience in roofing replacement and repair, flashing installation, and general carpentry and be comfortable maintaining professionalism at all times while on the job site. In addition to the ability to grow into other more managerial positions, this role comes with substantial on-the-job sales opportunities for those who are so inclined - but this is not required. Additionally, you will be conducting and/or consulting on repair estimates.

Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred but not required

Must be authorized to work in the United States, be able to pass a background check and drug test, have a valid driver's license, and be insurable to drive the company vehicle.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds, climb up and down ladders, and generally perform all of the duties required to safely conduct repair work on steep slope roofs.

Must highly value and strictly adhere to OSHA safety guidelines.

Our competitive hourly wage is based off of experience.

Company tools, van, and gas card are provided.

Work Location: We operate throughout Middlesex County and meet with customers at their homes.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• No weekends
