We specialize in residential roof restoration. We work with homeowners to access the health of their roofing system, select quality products that meet their needs, and walk them thru the entire installation process.

WORK TYPE: full-time, 40 hours/week

WORK LOCATION: Columbia Falls and the Flathead Valley, MT

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Roofing expert to oversee installation and repairs to ensure top quality workmanship for water tight roofing systems.
• Candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks requiring knowledge of building construction and the ability to multi task and manage sub-contractors.
• Reviews upcoming installations for potential issues.
• Ability to diagnose roof leaks on Residential projects.
• Skilled in managing personnel, equipment, and materials.
• People skills in order to interact with customers on the jobsite.
• Knowledge of several different roofing material installation.
• Analyzes jobs to determine which needs the most and least help.
• Supervision of team members, and continuous communication with inside support.
• Planning out jobs to ensure efficient use of teams’ time and materials.
• Prioritizing workload, directing team and delegating tasks.
• Responsible for paperwork completion, timesheets and ensuring jobsite safety policies are being followed.
• Make appropriate repairs on all types of roof systems.

IS THIS YOU (REQUIREMENTS)

• 3+ years of residential roof Installation & repair experience
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
• A high level of ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Easily develops a comfortable rapport and establishes relationships with a variety of individuals.
• Exceptional organizational skills and great follow-through on tasks.
• Technology proficient and able to utilize mobile applications.
• Must have valid drivers license and maintain a good driving record. (Company Vehicle Provided)
• Must be able to pass required background and drug test.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $38.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:
