We seek a highly energetic and self-motivated professional to perform the duties of Relief Sales Representative.

The Relief Sales Representative’s primary duty is to cover Sales Representatives’ routes during vacations and other absences. Relief Rep will cover routes and receive, process and transmit sales orders. Relief reps will also cover vendor ride-a-longs and perform office work. This position requires local travel. Candidate must have a reliable vehicle with a clean driving record.

The ideal candidate should be personable with excellent communication skills. Sales experience in the Specialty Food industry is preferred. Must have proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.

JOB TITLE: RELIEF SALES REPRESENTATIVE

SUPERVISOR/MANAGER: Sales Manager

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES/SKILL SET:

· Receiving, processing, and transmitting orders

· Drive to customer locations throughout the San Francisco Bay Area

· Excellent clear communication skills

· Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office applications

· Be able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment

· Maintain a professional appearance and safe workspace. Abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures

· Other tasks as directed

Qualifications:

· Diploma or Certificate IV in Business Admin or relevant experience

· Clean Driving record

Skills:

· Organized and able to meet deadlines

· Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint)

· Excellent verbal and written communication
