Make your mark as ROV Focal Point at Boskalis Subsea Services located in Aberdeen! Working as a part of the operations team, you will work closely with the Vessel Managers, Technical Superintendents and our strategic partners to plan, prepare and maintain all ROV requirements throughout Boskalis Subsea Services.

As a ROV Focal Point, you will analyse and understand the requirements of Boskalis Subsea operations and apply them to our strategic partners to ensure efficiency, safety and value for money is maintained throughout the fleet.

Your responsibilities as ROV Focal Point:

• Enhance efficiency in project delivery by understanding and supporting the projects teams ROV requirements.
• Support our crewing team in the maintenance of a well-qualified ROV fleet via our strategic partner.
• Support equipment preparation to meet project requirements, including collation of pre-mobilisation audits & certification packages.
• Act as the main point of contact with our ROV strategic partners.
• Analyse the performance of our strategic partner and complete detailed incident reporting to allow for understanding for ROV challenges.
• Development of a robust Bridging Document between our ROV Strategic Partners Management System and Boskalis Subsea Services Management System.

You can move ahead as a ROV Focal Point if you have:

• Recognised Technical qualification in ROV System
• Demonstrable knowledge of ROV and Survey systems, their function and purpose in Diving and Subsea Construction
• Offshore ROV experience at Supervisor level
• Project engineering experience in ROV/Subsea industry
• Working knowledge of frame agreements and experience managing external stakeholders
• Ability to advise and communicate with others at different levels and within different disciplines in the organization.
• Excellent Communication skills.

Extra information

• Your team: Reporting to the Operations Support Manager, you will be working within an established operations team.
• Where you will work: For office-based roles, in consultation with your manager and your team, you work partly at home and partly in the office.
• Full/part-time job: The position of function is a full-time (35 hours a week) job. Core Hours 9.30pm-2.30pm each day.
