Ryse Physical Rehabilitation Instructor

W2 Part-Time Employee

Starting $15/hour for training

Once Training is Completed $18/ hour with Additional Bonuses Available Based on Key Performance Indicators. Opportunity to dramtically increase hourly rate and grow into higher positions based on output of performance.

RyseUp Rehab focuses on delivering innovative results to clients who have been struggling with chronic pain. We use an approach and our HyperStatics™ Machines to resolve pain. We have numerous clients who share how our services have brought hope to their lives which was not previously found because they either settled that there isn't someone to fix their pain or they simply didn't have the time to meet the demanding schedule of other physical rehabilitation methods. RyseUP Rehab has developed a comprehensive approach to help a client get their life back while also making it non-intrusive to their time and schedules.

We are looking for someone to join our team part-time with a flexible schedule to help us in delivering spectacular service to our clients. We put our clients first and foremost every single day, and our job is to take extremely good care of them through their programs and sessions. We operate with high integrity, and we take our word and our actions seriously.

Job Responsibilities:

• Learn and understand our approach, equipment, and methodology to deliver sessions.
• Complete a Paid Training Period (Expected to Be Complete within 2-4 Weeks)
• Lead & Deliver Sessions 1:1 to clients.
• Complete Check-ins and Surveys (Daily & Weekly)
• Collaborate with Stephen on Client Needs on a Case by Case Basis
• Schedule Clients According to Scheduling Procedures.
• Make program adjustments and exercise adjustments as needed in the clients program and rehabilitation journey.
• Contribute new ideas, and new perspectives to the innovative way we serve our clients for the sake of better results, efficiency, and high quality service.
• Lead & Support Clients in Understanding the Role Nutrition Has in their Program & Outcomes

• Pass a Drug Test Upon Hiring & Quarterly Drug Tests Upon Request

Required Experience:

• Customer Service Skills (1 Year)
• Intrapersonal & Relationship Building Skills (2 years)
• Computer Skills (2 years)

Preferred Experience:

• Comprehensive Understanding of Anatomy or Physiology
• Understand Macros & Nutrition
• Passion for Health & Wellness

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
