Property, Casualty and Life Licensed Job Duties:

· Convey information efficiently, effectively, and appropriately to meet the needs of the customer

· Strive to provide “best in class” service.

· Stay current and knowledgeable of all procedures to ensure standards and guidelines are met

· Contribute to our team culture with your strengths

· Develop Centers of influence

· Have previous experience and enthusiasm for a consultative sales role.

· Are passionate with an outgoing personality, self motivated.

· Are detail and process oriented, while being capable of prioritizing multiple tasks.

· Have great listening and communication skills, be it phone, email or in person.

· Enjoy working in a collaborative atmosphere, with team spirit and enthusiasm.

We provide base salary, plus commissions, AND Renewal commissions, bonuses, matching IRA, and many other benefits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
