1.0 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Support sales team in achieving the company’s goals for revenue, growth, and profitability. Serve as a liaison for inside/outside sales and customers. Manage administrative functions to effectively support the business.

Specific responsibilities may include:

· Responsible for daily expediting and tracking of orders for customers.

· Answer sales calls concerning orders, returns or shipments.

· Handle call overflow from switchboard.

· Contact customers when necessary to advise shipment delays and/or information necessary to process orders.

· Make changes to or cancel orders/backorders.

· Enter sales orders as needed.

· Act as back up for receiving and imputing MTRs into the system.

· Act as back up for invoicing and filing.

· Other duties as assigned.

2.0 REQUIREMENTS

2.1 EDUCATION AND TRAINING

· High school diploma or equivalent.

2.2 EXPERIENCE

· Basic understanding of the company’s product.

· Excellent customer relation skills.

2.3 KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

· Proficient with MS Office software; AS400 expertise a real plus.

2.4 PHYSICAL AND SAFETY

· Sitting, bending, standing, walking, 8-10 hours per day.

· Able to lift 20 lbs.

· Must comply with any safety or PPE requirements.

· Exposure to production environment.

3.0 OTHER

· Detail oriented

· Produces error-free work.

· Self-starter who thinks of innovative, faster ways to accomplish tasks.

· Works with minimal supervision.

· Flexible and able to adapt to our dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
