Due to our incredible growth, we’re searching for Sales Advisors, fluent in German and English to help us deliver exceptional customer experiences!

We offer full time permanent work at home opportunities. Salary and contractual hours dependent on client campaign, however, will be discussed during initial stage of recruitment.

Our Concentrix team are dedicated to demonstrating the value and benefits of our moderately complex client’s products or services through customer engagement, with a primary focus on selling and/or renewing contracts.

Your Duties

• Inbound, outbound calls and handling emails from existing customers (depending on campaign)

• support sales transactions with the intent of selling products/services or renewing existing contracts.

• Upselling and cross selling

• assist with queries

• explain and promote product features and benefits

• process customer payments

• providing the best possible customer experience

• Between £10.18ph - £10.42ph

Your Skills

• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written) in both German and English

• Prior success achieving individual and/or team sales quota/goals

• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with customers in a fast-paced environment while developing positive customer relationships

• Demonstrated aptitude and success to learn and optimize new technology and data

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, with proven success
