Summary

BRIGHTSTAR CARE IS A LEADING HOME HEALTH AGENCY IN THE NORTH VENTURA COUNTY AREA. We are seeking a highly qualified, self motivated Sales person for our Ventura Franchise location. The Sales and Business Development role is responsible for developing opportunities in an existing territory for the sole purpose to increase sales. The Sales Individual will do this by establishing and maintaining contacts that will develop into sales leads Developing and maintaining strong working relationships is key to the success of this role. The individual will have a strong presence in the community. BrightStar Care is looking for a high-energy and self-driven individual who shares values such as serving with a passion and doing the right thing. Requirements

• Proven ability to generate leads and monitor referrals, to manage a sales territory, maintaining and building relationships with new and existing contacts

• A minimum of one year experience in the home healthcare industry, preferred

• Seeking individual with demonstrated skills as "Hunter" mentality - must be assertive to develop strong relationship and influence decisions

• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, multi-tasking and problem solving

• Demonstrate working knowledge of health care in home industry and institutional setting

• Comfortable with closing/asking for business opportunities

• Effective demonstrated leadership in business pursuits and management

• Excellent writing skills

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business development or communications, preferred.

• Exhibit outstanding organizational skills and a service attitude towards the community

• Requires valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and insurance
