Sales and Marketing Coordinator
Base Salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 + Commission Based Bonuses!
Table Top Telephone Company is a provider of telephone and internet service to over 10,000 customers. A Sales and Marketing Coordinator for Table Top Telephone Co. works in conjunction with the Director of Sales and Marketing and is responsible for building customer relationships that results in a profitable continuous flow of sales in Arizona and in the parent company's California markets.
Efficient, effective coverage and management of accounts in the assigned geographic area is a key focus. This role is the Company representative to residents, businesses, and community stakeholders in the markets served by the company.
Markets in AZ include Ajo, Bagdad, Seligman, Sanders, Inscription Canyon Ranch.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of each market area—existing penetration, opportunities, demography, consumer qualities and behaviors, product pricing, features and benefits
- Routinely have a presence in each market area (TBD w/ Sales Director)
- Build relationships with key community stakeholders and influencers
- Ability to effectively nurture lead sources
- Community relations and event participation to drive exposure and sales
- Initiate and establish new accounts using sales cycle and funnel management
- Direct sales tactics, cold calling, referrals, to increase sales production to meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual net unit growth
- Reporting of sales attempts, contact ratio, hit rate, revenue production, upgrades and any other metrics as required
- Develop knowledge and enthusiasm for companies products
- Complete paperwork and process for setting up accurate billing process
- Use leads and sales management CRM to track activity
- Demonstrate perseverance, tenacity, and grit in pursuing sales
- Exhibit excellence in presentation and sales skills with organized, efficient account management and a plan for each account
- Use samples and other sales tools with proficiency
- Use technical skills to operate a paperless management of sales and accounts
- Submit all reports and inquiry responses accurately and on-time
- Maintain a professional demeanor, behavior, and appearance at all times
Experience/Education Requirements
- High energy self-motivated, professional sales personality required
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships
- Outside sales experience is required; experience in industry sales preferred
- Computer proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, as well as the ability to learn new applications; previous knowledge of a client relationship management tool for tracking leads preferred
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, graphic design, or relevant field of study preferred; a combination of experience and education may be considered.
- Three or more years of hands-on experience developing and creating multi-channel marketing campaigns and managing corporate communications.
- Proficiency with applicable technology
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Bilingual/Spanish preferred

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
