Job Opening – Sales and Marketing Manager with JBS Industries in Cincinnati, OH

As the Sales and Marketing Manager with JBS Industries, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and measuring National Advertising campaigns to drive qualified leads into the sales pipeline. You will manage a Marketing Supply partner and annual budget to increase sales with the company and supply senior management with quarterly R.O.I. summaries. In addition, you will coordinate an annual plan to drive on-line sales in the company's National Quick Ship program.
In this new role with JBS Industries, you will be challenged with managing the company's U.S. consumer car wash marketing program, which consists of sign products and consumer videos designed to drive sales with car wash operators. You will also manage the vendor/suppliers who procure and sell these sign products online through the company's online supply portal.
Do you have experience supporting an internal and remote sales team with marketing manuals, digital assets, and sales tools on demand?
You will support the JBS enterprise sales team with sales & marketing tools to drive sales growth in both Retail Car Washes and Wholesale Distributors. These tools are contained in a new company Success Manual and Digital Cloud to provide instant access to all stakeholders in the company.
New Products DRIVE the National Advertising at JBS Industries. You will be challenged with managing the company's New Product Development in conjunction with the Sales Team, R&D and internal Marketing group. New Product introductions will be managed by a classic STAGE GATE process, whereby all new products are staged for U.S. market introduction through as series of steps to ensure optimal market acceptance and sales conversions.
Ready for the Challenge? JBS Industries will train the qualified Sales and Marketing Manager candidate in all phases of position accountability, by the company's Director of Sales & Marketing. This is a unique opportunity for a candidate that has a Marketing degree, some relevant job experience, and lots of enthusiasm.
The ideal candidate will be a high energy team player with a passion for influencing and leading others. Additional requirements for this position are:
- BS degree, preferably in Marketing or related business degree.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a team sales & marketing environment.
- Demonstrated experience with managing Lead Generation Advertising.
- Ability to coordinate internal Marketing activities driven to market by a Sales Team.
- Energetic, persuasive personality with the ability to engage and influence others.
- Experience using CRM platform to research, manage, track, and report customer activity.
- Strong computer skills including but not limited to MS Office (Excel, Word, Access)
The ideal candidate may be asked to travel periodically to learn first hand how the car wash industry works, through direct sales presentations and trade shows.
