We are a local company operating in Everett. We specialize in house cleaning and home maintenance.

We are seeking a dynamic person to actively grow our company. The person who fills this position will play intricate role in maintaining and expanding our client base.
Responsibilities of Sales and Operations Coordinator:
- Leading customers through the sales process by providing customer service, ensuring their experience runs smoothly.
- Promptly responds to incoming leads on all sales platforms.
- Manages unsold leads and prospect customers following company protocol.
- Maintain customer profiles with pertinent details regarding upcoming jobs
- Coordinate with department managers to ensure customer needs are being met.
- Keep up to date on sales and operational reporting.
- Take proactive efforts to ensure the calendar is full by reaching out to past customers.

- Experience in developing strong customer loyalty
Employment Requirements
- Knowledgeable with computers and willingness to learn various platforms and CRMs
- Full-time availability Monday- Friday 8am-4:30pm
- Minimum of 3 years in sales/customer service
- Valid Driver's License
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
