Job Title: Sales Associate (Female)

Location: Austin, TX

Duration: Initial 2-3 month office-based contract with the possibility of remote work thereafter

Start Date: Immediate

Elopea LLC, a dynamic startup in the wedding elopement industry, is looking for an energetic and motivated Salesperson to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with the CEO, who will provide hands-on training to help you succeed in the role.

Responsibilities:

Generate leads and identify potential clients for our wedding elopement services

Engage with clients via phone, email, and in-person to effectively communicate our offerings and close deals

Maintain a thorough understanding of our services, packages, and unique selling points.

Attend networking events, wedding expos, and other industry gatherings to promote the company and expand our client base.

Track and report sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.

Collaborate with the CEO and other team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A passion for sales and a results-driven mindset

Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Previous experience in sales, preferably in the wedding or event industry, is a plus

Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced startup environment

We are offering a competitive salary with performance-based incentives. This position begins with a 2-3 month office-based contract, during which you will receive direct training from the CEO.

After this period, based on performance and company needs, you may have the opportunity to transition to remote work.
