YOUR DAY AS A SALES ASSOCIATE - CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

As a Sales Associate - Customer Support Representative, you form a vital link between our customers and our company. Each day, you bring your passion for interior design to work in order to help our customers choose the designer furniture that best meets their needs. Acting as primary support by phone and email, you assist all of our channels, with a particular focus on our residential design and brick-and-mortar groups. Your job is to open new customer accounts, manage sales orders, process payments, and keep our clients updated on the status of their orders.

When questions arise, you are there to troubleshoot and problem-solve, often collaborating with other team members to find the best possible solutions. Afterward, you follow up to ensure that each customer is satisfied, sometimes processing returns when the fit isn't exactly right. No matter the situation, your goal is to provide amazing customer service, and you love interacting with our great clients. Your rapport with them is one of the things you love most about your job, and you enjoy using your skills in interior design to help our company thrive!

WHAT WE NEED IN A SALES ASSOCIATE - CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

A 4-year degree and experience with Traction Tools entrepreneurial operating system (EOS) would be a plus. Familiarity with the interior design community would also be beneficial.
