Our company is hiring a passionate professional to join our Sales Team! This position involves working with our brand to ensure that the needs of clients are being met and building a rapport with our valued clients. A Sales Associate must be flexible and available for any task that is required to help maintain high standards of customer service. A typical day for a Sales Associate includes discount-related promotions, assisting in building sales, on-floor education and stocking merchandise.
Responsibilities:
- Become familiar with store layout and branding.
- Maintain knowledge of products and services by attending educational workshops and reviewing literature.
- Create a professional image through personal appearance, attitude, and knowledge of our products and services.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, co-workers, and management.
- Respond to customer inquiries through the use of available literature or other resources.
- Assist customers by answering questions regarding company services, products, or policies.
- Notify management of customer concerns.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
