We are an electronic store located in Hollywood and we are currently looking for a full-time/part-time assistant manager/sales associate/manager.
Core Responsibilities:
- Operate a POS (point of sale) cash register and inventory management system including the accurate entering of sales information.
- Receiving payment for products.
- Processing credit card transactions.
- Making correct changes, and exchanges.
- Engage customers and assist in the selection of merchandise.
- Working knowledge of Electronic merchandise.
- Pull merchandise from the stockroom, and stock and display in-store.
- Maintain the store appearance including keeping merchandise neatly organized and attractively displayed, dust and clean regularly, and arranging merchandise to maintain the highest level of visual presentation.
- Answer all incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Carry out the day-to-day goals and priorities assigned.
- Accurately process retail special orders including accurate sales information to customers, order fulfillment, payment and shipping.
- Maintain stockroom merchandise organization and cleanliness.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Ability to meet sales goals.
- Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Must possess excellent verbal communication skills.
- Please be open to working day and night shifts including weekends.
