100% Commission Pay: $50,000 – $250,000/year

Job Description:

The Project Manager position IS a sales position for an established storm and restoration company in the Houston area. We need sales-oriented candidates who are interested in a career.

Storm Repair Claim Specialists continues to be built on a solid foundation with years of leadership taking care of our people.

What you need to do to succeed at Storm Claim Specialists:

• Maximize every opportunity with the “selling every lead” mindset.
• Exceed sales targets while demonstrating a solid customer focus.
• Develop and maintain key client relationships and follow up on leads.
• Generate leads through door to door, networking, referrals, phone calls, and local public events.
• Maintain team player orientation and strong work ethics.
• Review installation and stay during the install to ensure that it meets company quality standards.
• Understand that customer satisfaction is our #1 priority.
• Keep customer informed before-during-after project.
• Create roof estimates, or other damage estimates. Follow-up on prospects and sign contracts.
• Conduct hail & wind damage inspection results and handle insurance adjusters.
• Work with insurance adjusters and assist homeowners with filing insurance claims for weather related damages.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• No previous experience is necessary.
• Technology proficient.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is highly desirable.
• Knowledge and experience in residential roofing systems preferred, not required.
• Problem-solving and helping resolve customer issues.
• Comfortable climbing ladders and climbing and walking roofs.
• Perform roof inspections, ability to climb a ladder is necessary.
• Respond to customer requests in a timely manner.
• Act fairly and ethically in all business dealings
• Outstanding communication and sales skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
