Sales Consultant – Remote – Salary + OTE up to £28,000
Our client is looking for a Sales Consultant to help showcase their range of products across their online platforms. You will be offering first-class advice to a range of customers whilst maximising up-selling and cross-selling opportunities. This role would suit somebody looking to gain experience within sales.
The working hours are 40 hours per week with 1 in 4 Saturdays worked. If a Saturday is worked, 1 day in the week is taken off. This is a full remote working role.
Main responsibilities:
- Contact customers via telephone, live chat or email in regards to products and ensure they are aware of offers available
- Deal with a constant stream of warm/hot leads and ensure all leads are dealt with
- Have a good knowledge of all products available so any queries from customers can be dealt with
- Deliver outstanding advice and customer service at all times
- Pursue all up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
- Deliver on personal KPI’s and self-development targets
Skills & experience required:
- Experience within a similar role would be desirable but not essential
- Computer literate and comfortable using a range of IT systems and tools
- Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
- Some experience working in the Kitchen/Bathroom industry would be desirable but not essential
- Driven by targets and self-development with eagerness to learn
