A global machinery manufacturing company is seeking a Sales Coordinator.

Duties:

• Customer Satisfaction
• Order Fulfilment
• Order Entry & Processing
• Logistics for shipment of goods and delivery
• Order Tracking
• Marketing (Press, Exhibition, Conferences, etc.)
• Visitor arrangement and logistics
• Quick Delivery Inventory management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or more than two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in logistics, shipping/transportation with knowledge of Incoterms as well as technical document writing would be beneficial.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, MS Excel.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year
