Overview:
Our Global Business Development division is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager. This person will play a key role in curating, facilitating and managing our onboarding and sales enablement program across the division. To bring these programs to life, you will work closely and collaboratively with peers and cross-functional teams within Global Business Development and Employee Training and Development. You will also be responsible for identifying and selecting outside vendors for specific components of the programs and strategy. The scope of these programs will include initial onboarding, leadership development, continued education for both sales and technical sales team members, and integrating this with product and technical training. This role requires a passion for teaching and learning, proven experience curating and implementing training and development programs for sales and technical sales roles, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to collaborate for success across a flat organization.
Responsibilities:
  • Own end-to-end program development and project management of key strategic enablement across our Global Sales organizations
  • Lead GBD sales enablement programs, partnering with internal stakeholders
  • Lead a team through active coaching, clear direction, and regular feedback that helps support the sales enablement process
  • In partnership with cross-functional leaders and stakeholders, develop and launch multi-layer continued education learning programs in key areas
  • Develop our internal knowledge base of information and internal “sales hub”
  • Lead change management efforts upon program rollout – including communication plan, development, alignment with leadership, gathering insights and feedback, and developing adoption metrics
  • Develop measures of success / KPIs across your programs and initiatives
Requirements:
  • Strong operational, program management, and/or project management experience
  • 8+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales, or learning and development in a corporate environment working with global teams
  • 5+ years of experience mentoring, motivating, and coaching on a team
  • Ability to manage ambiguity - operating effectively, even when things are not certain, or the way forward is not clear
  • Proven flexibility in approach and can adapt to meet changing business needs
  • Experience making sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to solve problems effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple activities at once with high attention to detail
  • Ability to follow through on commitments and makes sure others do the same
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration in a matrixed organization
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to listen to others, provide timely and helpful information and feedback, and be effective in a range of professional settings
  • Familiarity with instructional design
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, organizational development, human resources, or related field.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is $87,360.00 - $171,600.00.
