(Temp) Sales Executive - Revolution Bars - Revolution Glasgow II
Hourly Rate: £9.80 p/h - £10.50p p/h + Bonus and staff privileges

Temp Contract: effective immediately to 8th January 2023

We are looking for a proactive Full and Part Time Sales Co-ordinators to join Revolution Glasgow, Mitchell Street.

A highly motivated and passionate individual, as a Sales Co-ordinator, you'll thrive from customer interaction via telephone, digital platforms and face-to-face. Coming into the most exciting period of the year in hospitality, we're looking for a high energy, confident individual ready to take our recurring clients and new guests bookings into their stride and to deliver the best and most memorable experiences as they join us for their Christmas Parties.

The ideal candidate must also be comfortable with online booking systems and outbound calls or visits as you will be required to work with both cold and warm data to generate new business and this will form a large part of your role. Someone with a great personality and first class people skills will thrive in this fast-paced role.

The Role:

• Handling incoming event and booking enquiries.
• Hosting and co-ordinating bookings, functions and events operationally, alongside the venue’s management, bar and waiting team.
• Understanding and proactively selling and up-selling food, drink and activity packages and products.
• Working towards reaching the venue’s pre-booked revenue targets.
• Assisting in driving overall bar revenue by taking part in company initiatives, implementing outbound sales techniques and initiating new marketing ideas.
• Daily booking and online reservation system administration, including processing booking/event payments and processing invoices.
• Assisting in managing venue’s social media accounts.
• Expanding existing database of venue contacts and data collecting through proactive sales activities

This is an hourly paid, full & part time position in a vibrant venue with an extremely supportive management team. Working days will be split throughout the week so flexibility is required (especially on Saturdays). Working hours may increase during the busier trading periods such as Christmas if required by the business.

Previous experience in a customer based environment or sales would be advantageous.
