Job Title: Sales Lead
Job Purpose: Train and develop design team members while taking leads.
Reporting to: General Manager.
Location: Pottstown
Key Functions: 1. Take appointments.
2. Train and develop team members.
3. Coordinate with management.
Responsibilities:
Taking Appointments
- Take a limited amount of design appointments to achieve an individual sales quota.
- Meet or exceed local and national sales metrics.
- Be a Brand Champion while living out the Pillars of Professionalism.
Train and Develop Team Members
- Oversee a team of design consultants ensuring all company revenue goals and key performance indicators are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with general manager to train and onboard new designers.
- Conduct and document Ride-alongs and GSR.
- Track metrics and document numbers for team members.
Coordinate with Management
- Plan for and participate in monthly team meetings.
- Provide feedback to management team.
- Participate in and seek out opportunities for leadership development.
- Track metrics and document numbers.
