SALES MANAGER - AFTERMARKET SALES:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Position will manage and support all Product Support Representatives (PSRs) in the Papé Kenworth Bay Area region and reports to the Region General Manager.
Responsible for the overall direction, management, coordination, performance, and evaluation of these team members.
- Direct oversight of Regions Aftermarket Sales efforts
- Interviewing, hiring, and training new PSR members.
- Establishes and executes aftermarket sales strategies.
- Utilizes Salesforce to establish clear goals and track performance of targeted markets and products.
- Managing, training and directing PSRs to achieve company sales and profit margin goals.
- Identifying, developing and maintaining key regional customers and work with other regions to assist with cross-regional customers.
- Assist AR with recovery of past due accounts.
- Working with Papé Marketing to develop regional sales campaigns.
- Working closely with manufacturers and internal constituents to assure that products are available to support regional campaigns.
- Working with Parts Managers/Supervisors and Service Managers to develop and communicate service and parts sales strategies, sales targets, goals, targeted / conquest accounts, projections and budgets.
- Maintaining communication with General Manager, Parts Managers, Service Managers and all appropriate corporate departments.
- Work with Territory Mangers to assist with Sales of New Equipment and additional parts required.
- Maintaining customer relations by resolving problems/disputes through continual communication in a timely, correct manner.
- Coaching, counseling and training of members through use of internal processes.
- Managing the commission program for PSRs including calculating commissions
- Ensure utilization of Salesforce to improve customer service and sales.
- Position will require extensive travel to visit locations within the region. Of which some could be done in a day and some will require overnight stays up to a week at a time.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA) from four-year College or university; or four or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Extensive knowledge of Kenworth and related products/services.
