About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team! The Sales Manager is a key member of the HUB Sales team and is responsible for the development and training of our sales agents. This individual will be managing a team of sales producers and working closely with them to ensure we are achieving our sales goals each month and will also:
Lead team in the effective use of technology tools to improve sales performance.
Assist in the tactical execution of new initiatives and product offerings.
Work side by side with team members to assist with personal developmental plans.
Communicate frequently and effectively with senior leadership on performance trends.
Responsibilities :
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Sales Executives.
Continually construct and implement unique sales strategies, ideas, and programs as a means of producing new business opportunities.
Drive your team to meet quality metrics.
Help build, develop, and monitor KPI’s around monthly sales goals.
Deliver performance reviews for direct reports.
Work with the recruiting team to effectively hire new team members.
Monitor proper headcount to meet forecasted goals.
Qualifications
7+ years of management experience.
10+ years of Property & Casualty experience.
Commercial Lines and Life insurance experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience with agency management and CRM systems.
Proven leadership background in a sales environment; ability to develop, mentor, and empower the inside sales team while creating a culture of accountability.
Well organized with an aptitude for details.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Department General Management
Required Experience: 7-10 years of relevant experience
Required Travel: No Travel Required
Required Education: Bachelor's degree (4-year degree)
