We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Strategic Sales Manager to join us and help grow our Strategic Account Executive team. Competitive compensation plan includes paid training, base pay, with bonus opportunities. On-target earnings for this role is expected to be $120k-150K for the first year, with serious growth prospects in following years.

You'll focus on coaching and scaling our Strategic Account Executive team. Starting day 1, you'll receive hands-on training and learn all the aspects of the Doctible core values, sales strategy, and tactics.

This role is very exciting for the right candidate because it entails developing relationships with established Doctible sales professionals, as well as developing systems to scale the team to meet our ambitious goals.

Responsibilities as a Strategic Sales Manager:

  • Leadership: be the pillar of the Strategic Account Executive Team
  • Drive team to attain and surpass monthly revenue goals through ethical, consultative selling methods
  • Be the owner of all current systems and guidelines, and propose new ways to always improve and innovate our sales process
  • Create and implement individual sales coaching plans
  • Use sales intelligence data to analyze current performance, spot trends and drive initiatives to always improve on our KPIs.
  • Help recruit, select, and train new Strategic Account Executives
  • Collaborate daily with other Sales Managers and find ways to benefit the entire Sales organization

Requirements

  • This position is 100% in-office, in our beautiful downtown San Diego HQ
  • 4 to 8 years of leading a strategic-level sales team with proven results (SaaS preferred)
  • You understand the importance of systems, processes, scripts, everything that makes success repeatable and scalable
  • You can coach high-performing reps to continuously improve and get to their next level
  • You can digest and use many sales intelligence metrics to drive performance growth
  • Self-driven and practical time management skills
  • You're not afraid to fail, and you're always looking for ways to improve
  • Committed to a high standard of integrity and work ethic
  • Aptitude and willingness to learn, grow and adapt as a sales leader
  • Must have strong interpersonal relationship experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Expert computer skills: CRM, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Email systems.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
