JOB DESCRIPTION
To support its €400 million expansion in Finland, Okmetic Inc. is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and accomplished sales professional to join our North America team. The Sales Manager will be an important contributor to our company’s success and will be responsible for growing revenue and profitability from assigned accounts.
At Okmetic, we focus on our customers, and we partner with some of the leading semiconductor and MEMS companies by supplying advanced Silicon wafer platforms. Our materials are the building block for fabrication of microelectronic devices, that provide a competitive edge for well-known brands across multiple industries.
To continue and accelerate our growth, we are seeking a technical salesperson with consultative and solution-based selling experience. The successful candidate will be a great negotiator, self-motivated, adaptive, proven technology sales winner, who gets results, builds long-lasting relationships, and excels in dynamic situations. While this position is a remote work from home opportunity and can be held from anywhere in the United States, the Account Manager will be required to travel domestically and occasionally internationally.

PROFILE OF THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

- Serve as liaison between NA customers and Okmetic internal teams. Become the customer trusted agent.

- Ability to sell using a consultative approach by thoroughly understanding the customer’s requirements, business, and goals, then defining the most compelling solution based on Okmetic’ s capability.
- Able to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines.
- Develop deep understanding of Okmetic Si wafer technical capability, business practices and culture.
- Excellent business acumen. Adept at Solution Selling.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Includes the following but not limited to:
- Work closely with the Okmetic NA and Global cross-functional teams to execute Sales Strategies, grow revenue with value added products, increase market share, and position the company as a strategic Silicon wafers supplier.
- Manage communication and actions between the customers, agents, and the Okmetic Group companies
- Understand customers’ requirements and pain points and align Okmetic Silicon wafer platforms to fulfil customer needs.
- Identify and build relationships with customer’s high-level management and decision makers
- Provide value added benefit to customers and engage in new opportunities.
- Use CRM tools to document account activities, actions, and path to grow the assigned accounts
- Develop a deep knowledge of Okmetic products, culture, and business
- Perform other related duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in engineering, material science, chemistry or economics from a four-year college or university
- 5 years of work experience related to semiconductor or MEMS fabrication, sales, marketing, or R&D
- Excellent communications and presentations skills
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software; Excel, Word, Power Point; CRM-Salesforce, M-files and SAP.
- Able to legally work in the United States.
