Sales and Marketing Assistant - Waterless Beauty

We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our Sales & Marketing team in Venice Beach, Los Angeles. This position is a full-time, on-site position. However, we are not a traditional 9-5 worker and value work quality and commitment in line with employee scheduling. The ideal candidate comes from a beauty background with experience in the direct to consumer and retail industry and loves the beauty that comes from within and shines out. This position requires someone to be flexible in their responsibilities and be comfortable with new roles, platforms and software unique to our company and industry. Must be efficient, detail oriented and well organized. You must be able to multitask and be comfortable meeting tight deadlines. No task is too small and no challenge too big. We are a team that challenges and supports each other to work together and achieve something. A "can-do" attitude and passion for the world's finest industry is a must.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organizing sales and marketing meetings with our consultants
• Close cooperation with the heads of the sales and marketing departments
• Communicating and training consultants
• Update and maintain product descriptions for online store through Shopify
• Plan events and book travel and accommodationPlan, design and send out our daily newsletter
• Good computer skills and ability to learn in-house software are required
• Excellent workability and attention to detail required
• Flexible - able to adapt to changing priorities, attention to detail and multitasking
• Excellent written and verbal communication

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 5 years of marketing and sales experience in beauty
• At least 3 years of experience in the direct to consumer industry
• Training as a beautician is an advantage
