This position is responsible for providing expert content and professional leadership on complex Sales Operations assignments/projects as well as p rovide operational support to sales management. The administrator will plan and coordinate projects to improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the sales force.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Serve as a subject matter expert to the business unit and support business leaders with SalesForce.com administration and configuration
Ability to understand business needs and design repeatable solutions in an ambiguous data environment, utilizing knowledge of database architecture and implementing creative solutions
A strong mid-level Salesforce.com Administrator who will be proactive in continually helping our company enhance and evolve the platform.
This will require working with all stakeholders cross functionally to understand business requirements and designing best practice solutions.
This individual should be comfortable with managing Salesforce.com daily.
Candidate should have experience managing and working with Salesforce either with integrations or migrations.
This candidate should be knowledgeable of business process and own all aspects of our Salesforce.com platform, both current and future build scenarios.
Develop processes and procedures to support the sales process and participates in the development of requirements for sales support systems.
Maintain information of sales activities that support sales performance metrics and sales process improvement.
Responsible for multi-functional sales operations often for a dedicated geographic area or large business unit.
Operations may be delivered through direct or matrix relationships with other sales support functions like Sales Effectiveness or Sales Administration.
Exercises considerable creativity, foresight, and judgment in conceiving, planning, and delivering initiatives.
Uses deep professional knowledge and acumen to advise functional leaders.
Focuses on providing thought leadership within Sales Operations but works on broader projects, which require understanding of wider business.
Recognized internally as a subject matter expert.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Salesforce.com Certified Administrator preferred
3 + years Salesforce.com Administration experience
Demonstrate initiative with commitment and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proven ability to work collaboratively in complex matrix organizations and agile teams
Blend creativity, relentless problem-solving and business acumen to drive innovation through analytics
Strong verbal/written communication skills to work with various matrix partners.
Knowledge of PBM or Healthcare industry preferred

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 85,700 - 142,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
