The Sales Operations Specialist, Wholesale (TEMP) is responsible for executing B2B order fulfillment, including but not limited: order entry, shipping queue management, inventory allocation, freight coordination, customs documentation, processing returns and troubleshooting any issues that may arise in the execution of these tasks. This role communicates with Wholesale customers, internal Sales and management teams, ILIA 3rd party warehouse teams, and freight forwarders.

The Sales Operations Specialist, Wholesale (TEMP) role reports to the Sales Operations Manager and assists with miscellaneous tasks, projects, and data management as needed to support ILIA Beauty’s company objectives and sales goals. Additionally, this position requires daily communication with the internal Sales team and external accounts.

The Sales Operations Specialist, Wholesale (TEMP) works with their Sales Operations peers to own all aspects of wholesale operational needs, including but not limited to:

• 
  System integrations with NetSuite, SPS Commerce, & 3PL WMS

• 3PL B2B fulfillment management, reporting & metrics

• International documentation

• Error management

• Returns

• Assists with internal sales operations needs.

• Adhere to current Ilia policies, procedures, products, programs and services

• Communicates clearly and proactively and strives to maintain positive relationships with all accounts, vendors and fulfillment partners

• Other special projects and responsibilities as assigned

• 2+ years experience managing high volume B2B sales operations, or related experience in a similar role (international experience preferred)

• 2+ years working adjacent to or directly with 3PL fulfillment, shipping, and logistics

• Demonstrated knowledge of process design and implementation

• Working experience in NetSuite, EDI, and WMS systems preferred

• Intermediate level Excel skills (Pivot Table, Equations, Graphs & Charts)

• Driven by delivering world-class customer service through operational excellence

• Dedicated, curious, and thoughtful demeanor ready to dive into any complex issue

• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a self-starter mentality a must
