Solitaire Homes of Roswell is looking for a professional Housing Consultant with a positive attitude and an eagerness to grow. If you don't have sales experience that is ok. We sell quality-built Manufactured Homes with a stellar reputation for quality and affordability. You will be given a small base salary and an uncapped commission potential. There will never be a better time to get into this industry with the housing market being at an all-time high. Top Housing consultants are seeing any annual income between 100k & 200k. Promotion opportunities are available for the right people that meet certain production goals within their first year. The harder you work the more opportunities will present themselves. We have a proven sales process and if you stick to it, you have the potential to make life-changing money.

Responsibilities:

- Effectively communicate product features and benefits as well as promotional information.

-Show homes to potential home buyers and their families.

-Ability to work the phones both incoming and outgoing. (75% of sales are driven from telemarketing activities.

- Efficiently keep up with customer files, getting paperwork done correctly, and submitting deals to lenders for approvals,

-Building strong rapport with customer. (Relationship building)

-Sitting down with clients and discovering their wants and needs, and budget to build an opportunity specifically for them.

Qualification:

Being comfortable talking to strangers

Being confident

Demonstrate a tenacious drive for results

Goal oriented

Available to work weekends

Team player, quick learner, and capability to adapt to a diverse client base.

Understand the importance of self-marketing utilizing Facebook, craigslist, and bandit signs.
