TBC Holdings Group, LLC, DBA as Texas Built Construction & Texas Built Custom Homes is looking for a hands-on Sales Project Coordinator role ready to join a highly demanding, fast-paced construction environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in construction, sales success, be organized, motivated, detail-oriented and driven. As a key member of the team, the Sales Project Coordinator will assume a key role in the overall sales process of the Construction Division. Will be responsible for managing, handling, coordinating, and selling inbound leads. Must have proven success in sales. Must possess strong analytical skills, conflict management skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues. Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and team building skills. Skilled at establishing and working collaboratively in a fast paced, dynamic team environment with multiple projects and priorities.
Responsibilities
· Coordinate and manage all inbound leads that come to TBC.
· This position will solely oversee all Initial leads.
- Must be able to speak on the phone and email initial leads. Must also review and respond in a timely manner.
- Must be organized, detail oriented, and documented to keep track record of all initial leads.
- Must be able to set and schedule meetings via in person or screen share.
- Must be able to efficiently handle multiple leads, meetings, different project types, etc.
- Must understand the importance of closing all initial leads.
- Understand the construction experience and knowledge of a design build firm.
- Understand both Residential and Commercial project fully.
- Take a strong leadership approach.
- Once Initial Lead is sold, properly hand off to Project Coordinator and Operations team.
- Have the drive and determination to succeed and fully understand the TBC process with the mindset of growth.
Education And Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Proven track record of sales success and closing deals.
- 3+ years’ experience construction. Preferably a design build firm
- Understand and able to sell Residential additions and custom homes.
- Understand and able to sell Commercial remodels, tenant improvements and new construction.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
