Sales Rep Restoration/Construction
Job description
ServiceMaster Restoration Services (relocating from Hamden to Branford CT in July) a full service mitigation and regional reconstruction specialist is seeking a results-driven sales representative to focus on both the restoration and construction aspects of the business. We’re specifically looking for someone with experience in the insurance restoration field, and someone with a strong local network. We need someone who will actively seek out and engage prospective customers and will provide those prospects with solutions that will ease their pain. We strive to provide the best customer service in the industry while maintaining a great work environment. We want to boost customer acquisition levels, top-line revenue growth, and profitability; and we want to share the rewards of that growth with you.
Responsibilities:
- Present, promote and sell services to existing and prospective customers using solid arguments and twenty first century technology.
- Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Seek out new customers through networking, previous relationships, possible future trade events, digital marketing, etc.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints in order to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends within the industry
- Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements:
- A commitment to the best customer service in the industry.
- Proven work experience as a marketing and sales representative. Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience and established relationships within the restoration industry particularly in New Haven County CT is critical. You need to hit the ground running.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Highly motivated and target driven with a a sales track record
- Working knowledge of MS Office or Word Perfect Office.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Expertise in promotion
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with willingness and ability to master ServiceMaster’s proprietary CRM software
- Ability to build productive professional business relationships
- Ability to prioritize and manage time which means excellent organizational skills
- The discipline to present regular, coherent reports on your results
Salary p0lus generous commission.

Pay: $55,995.00 - $62,500.00 per year
