Sales Representative located in San Francisco, CA/REMOTE
Challenges, scope of the role and impact the person will have during the first 6 months...
- Certify that marketing qualified leads are being routed to appropriate sales reps to ensure timely SLAs.
- Respond, qualify, and engage inbound leads and inquiries through tailored calls and emails, to nurture from a lead to a MQL.
- Uncover a prospect’s business challenges and identify relevant new business opportunities, while highlighting the *** for Business value proposition.
- Conduct high-level conversations with an array of executives in distinct buyer personas
Work closely with marketing to stay informed on active marketing campaigns and provide real-time feedback on them
- Develop an understanding of marketing campaigns, such as: webinars, content syndication programs, direct mail campaigns, peer connects, etc.
- Schedule demos and meetings for Account Executives and collaborate with them to ensure a seamless hand-off process.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of ***, industry trends, and competition.
- Manage, track, and report on sales activities and results using Salesforce and Groove
- Work effectively with internal departments to deliver the best solution for the client and ensure an excellent customer experience
- Help staff virtual events as needed
Must haves:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Some basic sales prospecting or customer service experience
Nice to haves:
- Some experience with a CRM tool
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS:
- Upload content into Groove, load leads into flows and send out mass email campaigns
- Nurture cold/warm leads coming from various marketing campaigns through emails and calls
- Call (using Groove Dialer or Dialpad) or email into leads, qualify using the BANT criteria, create opportunities in SFDC, schedule demos, and hand-off to AE
- Log calls into Salesforce and maintain a healthy Salesforce hygiene
- Manage a round robin to equitably pass on leads and hand-off opportunities to account executives
- Deliver marketing incentives, such as *** Eats Vouchers, to prospects, and keep track of them via a spreadsheet
- Meet 1:1 with the RMM/Nicole to set priorities for the week and report on workload and efforts on leads in their queue
- Handle requests from the RMM and provide support for ad hoc marketing campaigns as they arise
- Dedicate 1 hr per day (5 hours per week) managing the U4B marketing queue to ensure all book of business and MM/ENT leads are routed/dispositioned
