Founded in 2019, Drops is a cannabis-infused candy company, currently serving 700 recreational dispensaries and leading the edibles market in Oregon. Our edibles have gained broad popularity for our high-quality cannabis ingredients and focus on value, providing strain-specific, Live Rosin jellies.
Drops opened in California in November 2022 and currently serves 100 recreational dispensaries throughout the state.

Requisites:
Applicants must be comfortable with frequent and long-distance driving. Sales Reps are typically away from home 4-5 nights a week.
Sales experience is not required for this position!
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age, obtain Livescan background check.
Compensation:
Base salary of $60,000 annually, in addition to quarterly and commission-based bonuses
Bonuses:
- Bi-annual performance-based bonus of 5-15% of annual salary
- $100 per new account
Salary estimate (including bi-annual bonuses): $60,000 - $78,000 annually
Reimbursement of 65.5 cents per mile of work-related driving
Job Description:
There is a 1 month training period for this position.
Learning the Sales Pitch:
Sales Representatives must,
- Be able to explain the key selling points of all our products clearly and concisely.
- Understand the nuances of our products well enough to answer impromptu questions with confidence and detail.
- Understand all facets of our company processes, from the farms we source from to the selection of strains for each candy.
- Be perceptive in determining the interests of each customer and modify their sales pitches on an individual basis.
Managing Customer Relationships and Communications:
Sales Representatives are responsible for,
- Managing a large geographical territory of roughly 130 dispensaries.
- Nurturing relationships and maintaining consistent communication with each dispensary.
- Visiting in-person at least 40 stores per week, in addition to solicitations by phone and email.
- Observing trends, maintaining detailed notes, and thinking creatively about ways to improve sales and morale at each dispensary.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year

Round 1 - phone screening with HR (5-15 minutes)
Round 2 - virtual interview with a current sales rep (20-30 minutes)
Round 3 - call a current sales rep to ask questions about the role, company, and product & prepare to pitch the product
Round 4 - in person interview with owner (30-45 minutes) - Product pitch
Round 5 - ride along in the field with a current sales rep (paid at an hourly rate of $25)
