Job description

A family owned and operated alcoholic beverage distribution company, in business for 40 years, is looking for a full time, exceptional, self-starter salesperson residing in the Juneau area. This person will service an established account base as well as grow business by cold calling and opening new accounts. The route will include merchandising, salesman deliveries, after hour events, seasonal swings in responsibilities other duties as necessary. We prefer someone with industry experience and product knowledge, but will consider someone with only one of those qualifications provided they have a strong and demonstrable aptitude for sales.
We sell the highest quality products in our industry, but it is our customer service that distinguishes us from our competition. Not only must you be enthusiastic and passionate about the products being sold, you must be capable of providing unparalleled customer service at all times. This company promotes and rewards success in a competitive sales environment but highly values cooperation and flexibility within its sales team.
This is a salaried position and will depend upon experience. Our rates are competitive with or above industry standards. Must be 21 or older. Must have a current valid Alaska driver license, good driving record and a means of transportation.
