Responsibilities include:· Meeting & connecting with multiple contacts each day via on-site visits, phone calls, and email follow-ups · Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships by continuing to educate about SE services
- Documenting sales activities in CRM; from lead to work order and all steps in between
- Developing Sales Strategy with owner and brainstorming to find new leads and opportunities

Clients are mainly Multi-Family Apartment Buildings, Student Housing, Hotels, Assisting Living, and other commercial buildings. We also work with Moving Companies, Restoration Companies, Realtors, Construction Companies, and Homeowners.
